Basil, Organic Infused Olive Oil
This infused extra virgin olive oil has a beautiful, fresh, green herb taste. Basil and extra virgin olive oil are two important ingredients in Mediterranean cooking. Try this in a summer tomato, mozzarella salad. Notes: Pairs well with our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.
Blood Orange, Fused Olive Oil
Luckily for us Tunisia Blood Oranges ripen at the exact time as their olives (Chetoui and Chemlali variety). We have them pressed together to obtain this beautiful citrus olive oil. Notes: Pair with our Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar for a great salad dressing. Use it on fish and seafood, chicken, and salads.
Butter, Organic Infused Olive Oil
Natural, vegan, creamy, smooth, sweet with the rich flavor of butter. There are no animal products used. Notes: Pair with Sicilian Lemon Balsamic and Garlic Infused Olive Oil and use on fish or chicken. Use as a butter substitute. Serve over popcorn, seafood, mashed potatoes, and rice.
Chipotle (HOT), Infused Olive Oil

Made with perfectly blended flavors of roasted cippolini onions and cilantro Notes: Pair with Oregano Balsamic Vinegar for a herbaceous vinaigrette. Wonderful for sautéed vegetables, great as a marinade for meat, fish or poultry.
Cobrancosa, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Cobrancosa is the most coveted of all Portuguese varietals. It begins with a unique, herbaceous, green aroma followed by savory, ripe olive with lingering pepper and only a whisper of bitterness on the finish. Best of Show! From Austrailia, Olive Oil has ripe fruity aroma with a strong presence of grass and apple. Slight perppery after taste. Pairs well with Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar.
